MealPrepper (“the Service”) is a personal meal-planning application operated by Antelope Enterprises, LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who may use the Service

Anyone 13 or older can create an account by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping that sign-in secure.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, meal plans, notes, and grocery lists you add. You grant us permission to store and process that content solely to operate the Service for you. Your content is private to your account. Do not upload content you do not have the right to store.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access other people’s data or break the Service’s security.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the terms of the third-party services below.
• Do not resell or redistribute access to the Service.

4. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google and Apple (sign-in), Anthropic (the AI assistant), grocery deal providers, a mapping service (turning a location into a ZIP code), and public recipe websites you choose to import from. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

5. AI assistant

The assistant generates suggestions using an AI model and can be wrong. It is not nutritional, medical, or food-safety advice. Always verify quantities, substitutions, allergen information, cooking temperatures, and storage guidance yourself before relying on them. See also the note on the Help page.

6. Free plan and PRO subscription

The free plan includes up to 50 recipes and one grocery list. MealPrepper PRO adds the AI assistant and unlimited recipes and grocery lists, for $6 per month or $60 per year (prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy). PRO is bought in the iOS or Android app and billed by Apple or Google to your store account.

PRO renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; you keep PRO until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If PRO ends, nothing you saved is deleted, but you can’t add recipes or lists beyond the free plan’s limits.

7. Deal and price information

Store prices and promotions shown in the Service come from third-party feeds, may be out of date or wrong, and vary by store. Confirm prices in-store or with the retailer.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of anything important (you can export your recipes from Settings).

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antelope Enterprises, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, for example if you break these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, and can delete your account and all of its data yourself in Settings → Account → Delete account.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
